All visas and related problems of Denmark in Pakistan are handled and solved by the Embassy of Denmark in Islamabad city. The Visa requests are usually submitted at the VFS Global / Gerry’s visa application centers (Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi), however the processing is done by the embassy.

- Normally takes about 15 calendar days from the date of registration at the Embassy.

6. Key Notes for Applicants
- Denmark holds its own embassy in Islamabad and a consulate in Karachi. Visa matters are processed by the embassy in Islamabad, not through the mission of another country.
- Do not use private “agents” or intermediaries. Applications should only be filed through the Embassy or official VFS centres.
- Appointments are mandatory. No applicant is entertained without a prior confirmed booking.
- Apply well ahead of your travel date. You can apply up to 6 months before departure, but at least 15 days before travel is advised.
- Be mindful of public holidays in both Pakistan and Denmark, as they affect the Embassy’s schedule.
