International Forum 2025 in Toronto Fully Funded Program

The Canadian Center for Cultural Diplomacy (CCCD) will organize the International Forum 2025 in Toronto this October, focusing on the theme “Digital Soft Power and Cultural Diplomacy in the Age of Algorithms.” This one-day hybrid gathering will bring together global policymakers, cultural experts, digital innovators, and scholars to explore how algorithms are influencing international diplomacy and cultural engagement.
