How to Apply for Passport in Islamabad

1. Pay the fees: Visit a National Bank of Pakistan(NBP) branch and submit the appropriate fee.
2. Go to the Passport Office: Bring original documents and the bank challan to the nearest passport office.
3. Token Issuance: Get your token number from the counter.
4. Biometric Capture & Data Entry: Your fingerprints, photograph, and personal data will be recorded.
5. Interview: A short interview may be conducted by the officer.
6. Tracking Number: You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor passport status online.
7. Collection: Once ready, you’ll be notified via SMS. Collect the passport by showing your receipt.
