Malta does not have an official embassy or consulate in Pakistan. All visas and consular cases for Malta are controlled by the Embassy of Italy in Islamabad. Visa applications can only be submitted directly in the embassy or through VFS Global Visa application centers located in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi.

3. Visa Fees (Schengen – Malta/Italy)
- Short-stay Schengen Visa (Type C): €90 (for adults)
- Children 6–12 years: €45
- Children under 6 years: Free
- Service Fee: Additional VFS service charges apply (exact fee to be confirmed while booking an appointment)
4. How to Apply for a Malta Visa
- Visit the official VFS Global Pakistan website.
- Fill out the visa application form and make an appointment through the VFS online portal.
- Submit your documents and biometrics at the Italian embassy OR selected VFS Centre.
- The application will be forwarded to the Embassy of Italy in Islamabad, which processes visas on behalf of Malta.
- The Embassy may call you for an interview if necessary.
