Required Documents

For Adults (18 and above):

  4. Old passport (for renewal)

For Minors (under 18 years):

  2. CNIC copies of both parents

For Lost Passports:

  1. FIR from the police
  2. Copy of lost passport (if available)
  3. Affidavit of loss

How to Apply

  1. Deposit the passport fee at any National Bank branch and obtain the challan receipt.
  2. Go to the Regional Passport Office with all required documents.
  3. Get a token number at the counter.
  4. Complete biometric data collection and document verification.
  5. Participate in a small interview if necessary.
  6. Get a tracking number to monitor your passport application progress.
  7. Once you get an SMS notification (bring your receipt), collect your passport.
