Visa Application Centres (VFS Global)
You must submit UK visa applications through VFS Global centres in Pakistan:
- Islamabad VAC: Park Road, Chak Shahzad—Submission: 08:00–15:00, Collection: 08:00–17:00
- Karachi VAC: Razi Road, Shahrah-e-Faisal—Submission & collection same timing
- Lahore VAC: Queens Road, opposite Ganga Ram Hospital—Same timings apply
- An extra facility is available in Mirpur, where a Premium Visa Application Centre (VAC) offers faster processing services.

How to Apply for a UK Visa
- Online Application
- Visit the official UK government portal, register, and fill out the form.
- Pay Visa Fee
- Payment is made online via debit/credit card.
- Book VFS Appointment
- Schedule a visit to the VAC in your city (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, or Mirpur).
- Submit Documents & Biometrics
- Required documents include: a valid passport, bank statements, CNIC, photos, travel itinerary, accommodation proof, etc.
- Track Your Application
- VFS will notify you via email or SMS once a decision is made.
- Receive Passport
- Collect it from the VAC or opt for courier return (if available).
Typical Processing Time: ~3 weeks; Mirpur center may offer slightly faster services
