Role & Responsibilities

  • Drafting and organizing email newsletters and mass-mailing content
  • Conducting outreach research to identify promotional opportunities
  • Engaging alumni and managing content on LinkedIn and similar platforms
  • Capturing and editing event footage and interviews using tools like Canva or Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Coordinating email communication using Mailjet
  • Taking photos and producing short-form videos for UNITAR’s digital channels

Who Is Eligible?

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Academic Background: Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree (within the last two years) in Communication, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Marketing, International Relations, or a similar discipline
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in common digital tools including MS Word, Excel, and presentation software
  • Strong Communicator: Must demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative Thinker: Should show initiative and a problem-solving mindset
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with design platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), project management tools (Trello, Notion), or social scheduling tools (Hootsuite) will be highly valued
